Every second Wednesday of the month at 7pm, join us for the San Diego SOLIDWORKS User Group.
Recent topics have included users showing off projects that involved SOLIDWORKS, advanced surfacing techniques, optimizing Windows, plastic part design, file management, sheet metal tricks, spline creation and control, user interface streamlining, and hardware selection/issues. Topics are covered based on what the group wants too see and learn about. Frequently, the group is polled on what they care to see, what they want to see again and what they want to learn more about. Also, if a file or project is getting the best of you and you would like some help or a second opinion, just show up with it on disc and the group is always more than happy to help.
The group is a great place to network with other users including SOLIDWORKS veterans, niche experts, consultants, manufacturers, tech support specialists, and instructors. In addition, meetings are very low key, comfortable, friendly, and fun. This environment makes for easy questioning, easy sharing, and insight into working with SOLIDWORKS as a tool. You’re invited to join us in learning more about the software you use every day.
