Most assistance can be provided remotely and will ensure a smooth and successful upgrade cycle. We recommend that customer provide us with 5 business days notice of their scheduled upgrade, so we can best assist their efforts. There may be times, specifically with PDM solutions that an onsite, after hours, or even weekend assistance may be required. We offer several cost friendly options to assist.
